Big problem with Usergroups
 
We can not change any usergroups permissions and we can not create new usergroup please help.

Have you installed any new hacks prior to this happening?

I'm using vb 3.5.0 gold.

I installed vBRecycle Hack ... ( actually I tried to install it but I could not do .... it did not work )

So I remove the hack then this problem appared.

Please help :(

ok, I suggest posting in the vBRecycle thread. Hopefully the author will know how to deal with this.

It looks like the vBRecycle field may still be in the usergroup manager page. Make sure all plugins related to that hack are deactivated and delated.
