x Amount of Posts Needed
 

For one of my advertising sections on my forums I'd like people to have to have 15 posts to be able to post in that 1 forum.

Anyone know how to do it?

Use usergroup promotions to promote users with 15 posts to a new usergroup with permission to post in that forum. This updates once an hour and then they will be able to post there while users with less than 15 posts can still have permission to view only.
