Request: WYSIWYG Main CSS Interface

Very simple concept, but I imagine pretty complicated to actually do. I would like a tool which renders the current total look of the board with clickable regions with WYSIWYG colorpicker changers. For those who have not yet learned CSS, this would be huge.
