sql encoding -> utf-8 (+replace)

Hi!
Vb support team told here can someone help me.
my vb in ver 3.09 and is running from 3 years and have about 900,000 post. my sql database is 900MB.
1) I want to chang encoding in sql from (Arabic windows (windows-1256)) to -> (UTF-8).

2) I want to replace 2 characters in sql ...
