auto-welcome thread hack..!!
 
There is a welcome thread hack already, but its not what I want, what I want is a hack that makes a thread automaticaly for the new member... like the thread is auto-made and the starter is the new member, not me welcoming a new member, but an auto-thread made for a member to be welcomed.... get it?

Just alter the hack slightly to your liking - It is easily accomplished with a little effort :)
