Reducing smilies
 
Is there a way to reduce the number of smilies on a reply post like here when i submit a reply or even create a new thread you can only see 12 smilies then you have to click on more to see the rest.

vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options > Smiliebox Smilies Per Row
vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options > Smilie Menu Total Smilies

Adjust these three settings to your preferences.
