Most of my users cannot login

I got this problem(don't know why),and almost my users cannot login to my site(always show this message).Anyone can help me fix it.Thanks in advance!I didn't do anything in ACP.

Well you could turn off the strikes system.

Did you revert templates when you upgraded to 3.5.x?

Has it suddenly stopped working after working fine on your current version?

Have you edited any php files or templates prior to this happening?
