looking for promting post hack

I'm looking for a hack that shows up for users that have a 0 post count promting them to make that first post.

Bang this in the bottom of your navbar template. Make sure it's right at the bottom though otherwise everything will break and die.

Of course you can put whatever you like in there as the text. Perhaps even do it as a phrase. Add effects as desired.
