Exclude certain forums from New Posts
 

Hello, and thank you for trying to help me.

I am not sure that is a feature of vBulletin (actually, I doubt it), so I figured I would ask here. Is there a way to exclude certain forums from the new posts option. For example, lets say I have 10 fourms. When I click on New Posts, I see every new post made to forums 1-10. Could I possible make it so that forums 9 & 10 new posts do not show up?

Try installing my Selective Forum Filter hack and see whether it's what you need :)

Or install my Opt-Out Forums from Get New Posts/Get Daily if you don't want certain forums to be excluded (by certain usergroups) ;)

Yes :) Or install Andreas's Opt-Out hack, which is exactly the same as mine except mine also excludes forums from the forums list :)
