What YOU do to ban users
 

I'm just curious what everyone does in the case of banning users. I know there are probably multiple options out there, but just thought I'd get some feedback. Of course you can block their IP, email, and username....but what other measures do you run on your board to prevent users from returning.

Personally, I just ban their username unless they try and make and another account, then I ban their IP address.

I ban their account. If they return I ban them again.
Banning IPs doesn't work as 99.99% of the users have dynamic IPs, banning eMails doesn't work as well - too many freemail providers.
So there are no choices left (except tachy, miserable, etc.)
