[ Help ] check if the user registered !

hello :rolleyes:

Iam working on some modifications with :
includes/class_posbit.php
and I just wanted to check if the user is already registerd/logged on .. or unregistered ..
I tried to use :

but doesn't work ..

how should I check it ?
