Doesn't appear to be browser specific...

That is Hebrew. :)

Looks like it is trying to default it to right-to-left.

text alignment is not related to browser but to style prefs... all right to left texts are displayed left to right here because it's a site based pref... it's logical... this would make a real mess to have both styles in one page.
