What Is The Hack
 
What is the hack this forum uses where people posts mods and the download is on the left and all the details and the install button and the post always stays on top every page.

could some one tell me what mod that is or is it a custom one made specially for this site?

It's a custom one that was made for this site. As far as I know, it hasn't been released.
