How can I get 2nd avatar and user title for special usergroup?

I've searched this forum and can't find anything like this. I have a donations usergroup that I give little "perks" to once a member has donated. I'd like to be able to allow them to add a 2nd avatar (their choice, but with a size limit) and another User Title (anything fun the want to enter) which would appear under their current avatar. I use the postbit_legacy so the postbit would look like this:

User Name
User Title
Avatar
Special Text
Special Image

Anything available for this? I'm aware of the medals hack, was hoping there was something specific for this. Thanks!
