Adding custom BB code to the reply area?

I've tried searching but the terms are pretty vauge.. I just want to add a custom VB code to the reply/edit menu and possibly the quick reply menu. The same one that has the img tags, url tags etc.

If anyone could help me out, Id appreciate it!
