I want vB, ONLY if it has this MOD

I need something called the "Welcome Panel" MOD, that is also called Dashboard on PHPBB2 and Board Panel on IPB 2.1 I need to know if this kind of mod is availible on vB 3.5 and if so, please give me a link.

Not hard to do, I think I've seen a few of them around for 3.0.x, havn't checked 3.5.0 though. What exactly does a "Welcome Panel" have? Elaborate a bit.

I know Zero created a welcome panel for vb 3 because I use it, not sure about 3.5 though

that's kind've <insert word here> to not choose vbulletin because of a hack.
You should choose it because of the support and security
