Display multiple forums based on forumid

I need to be able to pull up multiple forums based on forumid at once..

An example of what I'm looking for would be like this

(myurl/forum/testpage.php?f=1,3,4). It would pull up a page that looks like the forumhome but with the forums I selected rather than all the forums.

If anyone thinks they can do it let me know.
