vb.org Archive - forum display layout

On the index page here the each 'seperate' forum has a category (linked) header under which appears another header containing "Forum" "threads" last post". Please could someone indicate the forum display (or hack) to style the forum index page in this way.

I currrently only appear to have a single forum table header under which appear the categories and sub forums (using 3.0.7) I can add categories and sub forums ie act as forum yes or no but this does not set a new forum with the above table headers.

If thats not clear the technical name for the forum header containing
