Why are members so RICH?
 

am i doing something wrong...?

my points are set as follows:

Points Per Thread = 5
Points Per Reply = 2
Points Per Thread View = 0.2
Points Per Referral = 10
Points For Good Reputation = 0.5
Points For Bad Reputation = -1

but yet look at my rich list:

no doubt my members are active... but are they that active?

1- we need to register to see the page, so nobody will help on that.
2- if your users have a lot of threads opened and they reply a lot, sure the count is up...the logic is alwys kept, even if you change the counts...

Its the reputation points. Thats my guess. Even at half (.5) as you have it set... if their rep power is high the number of points for each good reputation action can give them many many points. I set it to a .05 (two decimal places ) or lower and it helped me.
