Sort/Search by Custom Fields in Memberlist ?

hi

my site uses "real name" as a custom field. would like to be able to sort by the custom fields as well.. any implementation of this ???

also, would it be possible to search by the custom field without going into the advanced page (or disable quick search leaving only advanced search) ?
