Idea for a mod for my writing site
 
I am having a problem on my writing related site where everyone posts their own work, and replies to no one elses. Everyone gets mad because they didn't get any feedback, and leave and never return. I am looking for a mod that will let you post in a certain forum, like my "writing" related topics if you reply to anothers thread first. Everytime you reply to anothers thread, you get credit to post a topic. What do ya think?

It could also have the opposite effect.
