append category to thread title...

Hi there,

I have an off-topic forum on my site where any subject goes, but half the users arent really interested in it, so what I wanted to do was automatically append [Off-Topic] to the start of every thread in the off-topic forum so that people could easily see what's off topic in the new posts and cms pages.

Any ideas on how to go about it?
