Insert special characters in newreply form

Since our forum also uses the Czech language, I would love to have to ability to insert special characters in the reply/new topic form just by pressing the character. You can see an example of what I mean here:

Ofcourse nobody needs so many special characters as can be seen on the wikipedia page. (I only need 14 special characters).

This could be very usefull for board who use languages with special characters or for boards with multiple languages.

If anyone could make this hack, I would be more than happy! :D
