Sudden increase in guests
 

I usually have only a few members online and usually around 5 to 10 unregistered guests. Since two days, however, the number of guests has suddenly jumped up to somewhere between 40 and 50 and I don't understand why. Why the sudden increase? Is that search engne spiders? But even then why so SUDDENLY? Also I think that the spiders should not appear in the list because I disabled that function.

that happened to me once, i usually have the same traffic you do, but one day i had over 700 guests :| ive never quite understood, and sometimes i get bursts of 40 - 50

mencius you have your link to your forum as your sig some people see that and they go to take a look just to see what it is there is alot of guests right there
