you should have a beta hacks forum for vb 3.5

No. There won't be a Beta Hacks Forum for vBulletin 3.5 as it is not necessary :)

Because it would be redundant information as our upcoming Hacks Database will handle such classification stuff.
So another Forum would just increase clutter even more (we already do have an insane amount of Forums ...)
