Query for active users

I see in my admin index page I have "Quick Administrator Links" and it lists thisHelp http://www.bloodbanktalk.com/forum/c...nd/cp_help.gif
Quick Administrator Links Users Online11 (3 members and 8 guests).

Is it possible to do a simple query against the db to get this info? I have a cold fusion page I'd like to display the users on line in.
