questions regarding history log

in user table, there is a field uttstore_history

it seems that all the transaction logs are stored in this field as array.
as time pass, this field seems to be bloated.

is it better to have it store in a separate table?
any comments?

there is a table utt_store_bank which doesnt serve its purpose. it has been there but never been used. i know the bank table will be implemented in the 1.0 version. just want to mention.
