Sprry you prolly saw my post somewhere else and I was asked to post it here instead, so here we go :

Basically:
If the checkbox is not ticked, set $vbulletin->options['allowbbimagecode'] = false

I was able to create the tickbox in copy / paste the code above (images in general) that.

But the whole code behind that - NO idea, I just cannot figure out how it works ...
