Idea!!!
 
I thought of a modification idea, maybe a coder would like it and create it :)

The user will be able to select hair, skin colour, eyes etc to create an image that will be used as his profile picture!
Maybe also it could use an editor so that the admin could add new types of hair, eyes etc (assiciated with images on the server that will somehow "ovelap" to create the profile pic).

What do you think? :)
