A Lot of Talk has a new style!

My members wanted a dark style and normally I don't work with dark colours but I was wondering what everybody thought of it and what you guys think needs improving on.

Oh and I will be changing the postbit over the next couple of days, so don't say that. =P

I like it man, good work. To be honest, I like your light blue one, it's a very nice unique skin and design. I voted for it for vBOTM not to long ago, I am not sure if it won though, it should have :) Again, I like the new style, but not more than the light blue one!

You need to differ your table colours and background colour more. They're too similar, hence blend into each other which doesn't create a good effect. The shade needs to be at least noticeabely different.

Thanks a lot for the good words, I also like my light blue style a whole lot better. The dark blue style was just to please my members. ;)

I will certainly take the advice to heart but it's late now and changing the page background will force me to redo the header and footer navs. So I don't have the energy.

I didn't ask you to specifically change the background page colour. You can change the table colours instead, which is probably the better option.

You think so? I was thinking that making the page background lighter rather than the tables darker would be a better option. I'll test the both out tomorrow and see how they turn out. =P

I just realised that the side panel wasn't showing to guests, I've fixed it now. =)

I think the ligher table colours on the darker background might look better. I dunno, it depends on the style I guess. I can't judge it unless I've done it.

Would suggest changing the dark blue text .. Dunno about anyone else but I struggle to see them without my eyes becoming strained and thats only with a quick look. Other than that I like it.
