I recently updated to 3.5.0 and I finished off a series of styles all different colors but the same scheme.

The original concept was for it to be based off of the Urban Breakdancer Terms and Lingo. So I just did that.

Personally, the header is too big. Otherwise, a nice style.

Hmm yeah I went with the large header so that I can express more of the personally of each character profiled in the style.

I think you mean personality? o_O

I don't think you need a big header image to make an impact with a header image.
