Require users to have X threads to post in certain forum
 
I've seen and used this hack before, but as far as I know it hasn't been ported. What are my options for requiring a certain post count to start a thread in a certain forum? I've seen some of the plugins currently available but they seem to complex for what I need. I also think I can use the promotions system built in but again it seems too complicated. Anyone wanna work on a new plugin!? :D

Promotions are not difficult and the best way to go for this.
