Outlook Express
Is it possible to get outlook express on my lower right icons so that ic an close it and it will still keep searching for emails every 5 minutes or whatever time period i set? Also, will it have that little pop up box thing on the bottom that tells me i have a new message?
I've always just used yahoo for email but for business reasons, i prefer outlook... |
You're describing the "system tray" or "notification area." At last check there was an application named TrayIt that's free and lets you right-click on minimize to send any application to the tray.
BTW, Outlook Express sucks. Use Outlook 2003 if you can. |

Where can i get download Outlook 2003? I Assume it isn't free? |
I think it's either $49 or $99, but it comes with Office 2003 as well. Also if you get Exchange hosting, it usually comes with a free copy. There's probably a trial too. It crushes Outlook Express.
