Unregistered users cannot see quoted text?

Ah ha! What a way to annoy/encourage people to sign up!

Like with the licence for code business we have here, why not make that guests cannot view quoted text?

E.g. anything in a [ quote ] tag gets the message "guests cannot view quoted text, please register" with register as a link to the sign up page.
