Allow users to sell items

Is there not a mod for allowing users to sell their own items?
I've seen many mods that allows admins to set up and sell items through admincp, but I can't find a single mod that allows users to upload pictures and descriptions of their items in usercp, (and if possible connect it to their paypal account) and sell items to other users.

Is there a mod I can use for this?
