external.php / exclude forums
 
Hello Everyone,

I have well over 200 forums on my site.

I have added a few articlebots on my site, and well, people who use my external.php would rather not get the threads from the bots.

I have put these bots in there own forums, is there a way or can someone code a variable to exclude these forums.

I'd rather do this then have a feed string that is huge which includes all forums except these few.

As a side thought, can I move these into there own catagory, then just link to all catagories except this one. Would that work?

I'm not familar with the functionality you're trying to achive, but can secondary usegroups with 'Can Search Forum' set to 'no' could help?
