New forum

I'd like to suggest a new forum for non vb related Utilities.
For example I've got a nice little shell script which automates db backup daily and tgz it. I'd like to share it but I don't know where to post it.

for references and to help newbies find what is needed for installing hacks etc, why not...

a list of external tools, scripts and softs...!

SCORPION1,

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

Thank you.

I like the idea :)

Doesn't seem like a bad idea. But soooo many forums already... =/

Logikos 09-26-2005 06:57 AM

Yea, there are many forums. Hopefully the new hacks database will sort that all out and clean up the forums homepage. :)

It's a great idea. To make it vB related, maybe call it "vBulletin Admin Server Utilities" or something. :)

Tony G 09-27-2005 07:28 AM

Yeah that's a good name for it. You could put it where the modification discussion forum etc. are too, would be perfect in that category.
