calendar problem

hmm I ran into a problem where in the admincp, I can't add a new calendar. I can go through all the steps and it looks like its saving but the calendar isn't showing up afterward nor is it listed in the db.

I tried replacing admincp/admincalendar.php and calendar.php with the default files so I'm thinking the problem is elsewhere - any ideas where to start looking?

Seems to work okay if I manually add it to the db... hmmm
