Public post warning?

Say someone posted a link to some media that popped up with some nasty images or the 'YOU ARE AN IDIOT HAHAAH' or a site that gives you 10 billion pop-ups etc etc..

I'd like a mod that will let a specified usergroup to be able to leave a warning for that post. For example if a post was warned an image or large yellow text could be displayed directly on the post to warn future users about the post. :nervous:
