how could ı add https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/ code to post part as use "customs BB code" for vBulletin 3.0.8

This should be in modification requests.

But the code you want is something like:

replacement:

<img src="{param}"></img>

Except that's not as secure as the stock img tag I believe.
