On/Off function for the BVShoutbox FULL
 
Hello,

I've asked this in the topic of this mod, but it seems dat the mod author isn't working on the mod anymore.
I want to have a mod so users van enable or disable the BVShoutbox FULL on the forum index in their User CP (and also the function so admins can change the users' choice in the users management).
The shoutbox is a great mod, but when vbulletin is already loaded, the shoutbox is still loading, so this would be very useful :cool:
