Newbie Needs Help!! :-(
Hey Guys/Gals,
I have a site and most if not all of my users want it also WAP enabled. I've noticed that the "archive" area is perfect for that and works well EXCEPT the user can't POST or REPLY. Is there a "hack" out there to make this possible? Someway so the users can browse, post, and reply ? This is my site: http://aboutblackberry.net and this is the "archive" area that the WAP users will be accessing: http://aboutblackberry.net/homedir/archive/index.php Please let me know what I can do to give my users this ability. Thank You... |
I think Zachery came out with a vbulletin LITE version, which is just like the archive but the ability to post..etc..etc..try searching to find it. :)
Also, this forum is only for Tips and Hints, not support. |
Sorry Man kinda new to this forum wasn't sure where to post it. Maybe a "Mod" can move it to the correct area??
Anyway thanks for the info but that's not going to help me unless there is someway for the program/hack to notice a "mobile device" and ONLY use that skin/theme for pda's, mobile devices. For everyone else (like on a PC) i want them to see my default theme.. anyone have any advice?? or does anyone have a wap version of their VB site and if so what are you using to do so?? thanks... (i know that http://blackberryforums.com does it somehow and that http://howardforums.com also does it somehow) again thanks... |
Did you ever acomplish what you were trying to do with wap and vb? I found a few sites running wap that were vb 3.0.7
Is there a hack for that version that works well with wap? |
