Procedure To Change SQL Password ?
 

what should i do if i want to change my sql password ?
please explain to me as if u r explaining to a noob :nervous: if thats not a problem for u .. thanks a lot for any help

You want to change you MySql Password to a new one??

Go into your cpanel (if you have cpanel)
then go into your MySQL databases Icon
Then go to the section of the page where you create a new user and recreate the user which you want to change the password for, but use the NEW password instead.

Don't forget to go into your config.php file and edit the password to match the new one or your forums will not work.
