A bunch of things that my members and I aren't happy about
 
Since my switch to vBulletin I've received a few complaints:

The Layout - wish it had usernames and avatars to the left instead of above.

2. talk to your members about this?

3. you can change this in the UCP (search for "legacy")

4. use the home button (markers are fine for me?)

5. smileys work for me

6. customize the STOCK skin

Yeah, I realize that (thanks for the help on #3), otherwise, the rest (besides #6) are still problems.

Make sure you don't have javascript off in your browser. If you do, the smilie window doesn't pop up.

Leaving negative feedback is a usergroup setting.

By post markers I assume you mean the thread marking system fails to properly track read posts/threads ? - this is a known problem in 3.0 - a new system has been added to 3.5 that actually seems to work.

Smilies/img - sounds like they have javascript disabled, works fine for us.
