How to break up the forums

How do you break up forums into its own catagory like the front page.

Just add sub-categories.

I add a sub catagory after Forum 2 and after 7?
This is the only thing I can not figure out is how to add the sub catagories.
I have 14 forums to start and I like them broke up into 3 sub catagory
