"Recent forum posts" on main site?
 
How would I go about adding a little section to an area of my site that shows, say, the 5 most recently updated threads from the forum? I've seen it done on many websites but have never known how to do it...

I've searched around here and found a few threads that ask the same question but the answers are a bit vague and really dont explain the process too well....
