Limit User System
 

ok im new here so stick with me, this may be in the wrong place.

ok well i have my forum all up and running with some hacks loaded in: fortecfiles.com

im currently running 3.0.7

but i would like to try and find a limiting system

example script:

turn off / on
allow selected usergroups access
non selected usergroups can upgrade subscription to access

this website runs a limiting script sometimes: http://www.al7bar.tk/ so does http://www.nzbzone.com/ <- but i think that one is php nuke.

Please if anyone knows a good hack like this one or where i can buy one please advise me.
