Attachment for User or Group
 
Can someone create a plugin / product which you can specify who the attachment is for.

For example, I have code that is for a specific person. I would like that person to be the only one allowed to download it. so when I upload it, I would like to specify who it is for or which group it is for.

I know I can use PM with attachments but at the same time, I would like to be able to discuss the code in an open forum so that others can learn if they are experiencing the same issues.

How they can learn/have the same issues, if they can't see the code?

Most of the code is the same. But there is a special code in each person's script that is different.

besides....doing the attachments in PM,s is restrictive. I'd like to keep track of them in a forum instead.
