Blinking "Search" link text in Pop-Up Menu Control

Yep - I know it's obnoxious. Non-searching newbies are forcing our hand though...

I've found the "blink" info through searches here and the JS that needs to be inserted into the headinclude, but can't find where I should insert the <blink> into the vB files.
