Video Card Suggestions?
 
OK, so I should really look at what I am doing but...

I managed to snap a capacitor off my radeon 9800 and it really didn't like it.

I now have to go grab a new card.

What would anyone suggest?

My budget is "rather low" and I need something that will let me play recently released games.

Hey, it WAS giving me artifacts... :P

Not quite a good reason to utterly destroy it tho.

Refine "rather low". $180 or $170 seems to be the current sweet spot where you can get a 6800 or 6600 GT or an X800 for that price.
